"Lovely venue for family holiday. Gorgeous rooms. Lovely staff. Piccolo restaurant is wonderful. Brasserie food is nice,perhaps menu coud be a bit more varied? Clean. Beds were so comfortable. Quiet at night. Lovely residents lounge. Fun arcades in Glen's Den. Adventure park about 20min walk or hotel train ride away. "The on site lodges give a great hybrid option - hotel amenities and services, but with your own 2, 3 or 4 bedroom lodge to stay in (including with dog if need be). A bit like self catering, but much better (and all the essentials included on your arrival, so none of the self-catering hassle!). Restaurant good, breakfast too expensive so suggest self catering for that part, swimming and activities all great. Stunning location. Thoroughly recommend."

"A nice looking hotel with nice amenities and grounds, short 10 minute walk to the town so easily accessible for all your needs. Hotel is a little dated but room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options from cooked English to cereal, fruit and lots of gluten free and vegan options, staff were also very nice and accommodating "

"Wonderful, restful experience. We loved our room with its views of Loch Rannoch and Schiehallion. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Food was good and we especially liked our breakfasts, where the staff (Magda) were extra friendly and helpful. The two down sides of our stay was a noisy flushing toilet and nowhere in the carpark to charge our EV. However, we were able to leave our car to charge in Kinloch Rannoch village, about half a Kilometre away. But we loved all the walks...

"Lodges are lovely and very comfortable. The swimming pool and changing rooms need attention. We stayed in February 2025 and 1 of the 2 showers in the women’s changing room was out of order. We have just stayed there again and it’s still out of order. The working shower is clearly getting overused so the drain blocks quickly and you end up standing in a big puddle of water as it won’t drain. Not the cleanest shower, grout etc either "
