On the border of South Fremantle sits this quietly tucked away 3 x 2 townhouse. This light-filled relaxing space is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Featuring an open-plan living and dining area, with seamless indoor-outdoor integration ideal for easy entertaining.

Upstairs features the generously sized master bedroom with an ensuite, and reverse cycle air conditioning. There are two other well-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

Just a short stroll and you can enjoy the beautiful coastal lifestyle at South Fremantle Beach, the property is also close to the South Fremantle shopping centre. It is only a short drive into Fremantle itself, where you can enjoy the many restaurants and bars and the famous Fremantle Markets and Cappuccino Strip.

There is a double carport for easy parking during your stay and laundry facilities on site.

Not Ready for Guests
We may have been among the first to stay at this location but that's no excuse because the property is managed by a large group. They should have guided the owner that this property is not ready to be marketed. We never received an information guide. Had to call property management company to get entry code. Owner did not respond to our inquiries. There was no wi-fi as listed. Someone dropped off a temporary dongle but it provided poor connectivity. Sheet in second bedroom was ripped. Mirrors were dirty and streaked. TV screen was filthy and dim. Light globes were missing in overhead fixtures. Containers of hand soap were empty. I have stayed in six short term rentals in the Perth area over the past five weeks, all of which were lovely and welcoming, except for this one and it happened to be the most expensive too. I am struggling to find anything positive to say about this accommodation and debated about whether to simply not write a review at all but felt it was important to alert fellow travellers.
