This was our first time staying at SeaSpray, though we have stayed at many other properties in the same area. Likes: beach access, low crowds, beach service option, master shower, nice kitchen, balcony, and location. Dislikes: coffee pot didn't work, washing machine had a mold smell, decor and furniture are way outdated. Overall, the beach access and balcony made this property worth the rent for a party of two staying only a few days. For a full family vacay, one of the more modern properties with more amenities would have been worth paying a little more. I will share how disappointed I was in the last minutes of our stay- when dropping off our keys at the office before checking-out, I wanted to ask a question. The desk clerk was on the phone with a customer when I walked in, though it was obvious she saw me standing at the desk. I waited patiently for nearly five minutes for her to pause her phone conversation or at least gesture that she would be longer and I could leave the keys. After 10 MINUTES, she still refused to even glance in my direction and acknowledge I was waiting. There were two other people in the back who never came out to offer assistance. After 15 minutes, I simply left the keys on the desk and my question unanswered. This encounter, combined with a lack of response to two emails I sent prior to the trip, left me with a poor impression of customer service at this property.
