Beautiful, cozy studio apartment in downtown Pensacola; this little gem is the perfect place for a quiet weekend (or longer) getaway. Nestled at the back of a historic home in downtown Pensacola, this apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden and shared patios and is within walking distance to downtown nightlife, shops, museums, and restaurants. The beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach are just 10 miles away.

This cozy studio apartment has a full kitchen, sit-up dining at the bar, comfy queen size bed and a small sitting area. Private full bathroom.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

This apartment has a private entrance at the back of the house. This apartment is Apt. #7.

Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Would recommend having a car to fully access everything Pensacola has to offer.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

For added security, we have 5 security cameras monitoring the following locations:
1 - front porch (exterior)
2 - left side of the house (exterior)
3 - back of the house (exterior)
4 - back patio of #8 (exterior)
5 - second floor common hallway (interior)
Cameras are on 24/7 and auto record data when motion is detected.
