「Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here」

「Unresponsive host. We tried to get check-in details the day before (Christmas Eve) but the host refused to answer despite us knowing he was getting our messages and calls. I had to get in touch with Stayz three times which was a nightmare as well because we got cut off a few times but they could not be bothered to call back so I had to call and start the chat all over again, they said things like the host normally gives instructions on the day itself, they've tried contacting the host themselves...

「We booked the listing for 4 nights. The host never responded to any messages, we never received any check in information. We had to wait until 4pm to get Vrbo to cancel the booking.. It took several calls with Vrbo to get our refund. I suggest booking somewhere else, I’m not even sure this is a real listing. The photos look good but that’s not much use if you cannot check in. 」
