次も泊まりたい

ピンクココに一人で4泊滞在しましたがおもてなしムードが強く非常に快い感覚があります。３階の広い部屋を取りましたが、見晴らしもよく部屋もおしゃれできれいで満足しました。また、ホテルで働く方々がとても気持ちよく微笑んでくれ、大変気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。また、この価格帯で、海一望を望めないという点以外は大変満足です。パダンパダンエリアであれば、次回もぜひ利用したいです。レストランが工事中でしたので、食事のコメントができません。

パダンパダンビーチに1番近いお洒落エコノミーリラックスホテル

ふフロントスタッフウルトラスーパー親切！ビーチまで5分！サーフボード持って波乗って帰ってきたら入り口すぐのプールでクールダウン、自室前のポーチでうたた寝読書、それからスクーターでも借りてビンギンビーチのカフェレストランで絶景ランチでもして、更にサーフィン上級者ならウルワツまでもスクーターで6〜7分、最強立地。

とても満足です。

スタッフの対応の良さ、へやの清潔感、サービスはとても良くて立地もコンビニや飲食店が近くに結構あるので便利です。ほてるにもレストランが併設されていて便利です。ウェルカムドリンクや毎日の部屋掃除の際にミネラルウォーターを補充してくれるのも嬉しい。

Everything was good. Padang Padang Beach was close by and lovely for a swim. Surfer watching too. The staff were super helpful all the time.

Decent not great

The room was cute and well decorated. We had no TV in our room. Which is not a big issue for us. There was very poor lighting and not enough international plugs in the room. They also didn’t give us fresh towels everyday and we had to go to the reception to refill our bottles. But overall we liked it.

Pink, pink everything and I loved the theme! I'm usually a Marriott person, but I stepped outside of my box and I'm glad I did because this hotel and the location was amazing. My husband and I stayed in one of the penthouses for 3 nights at a very reasonable cost. My only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but the beautiful bathroom and sitting area outside made up for it. The breakfasts were so tasty and we had dinner 1 night also and that was great. Great service all around!

Very unique property. It reminds me of a house , with cute pink decor. I understand their commitment to no impact on the environment, but the lack of washcloths in the bathroom, very limited resources. I loved the location and overall service of the hotel.

Een super hotel. Personeel allemaal enorm lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Altijd vrolijk en altijd lachen. De kamers zijn echt top. Super netjes en heel erg mooi. Grote badkamer & lekkere goede douche. Een groot bed met klamboe en goede airco. Een super mooi zwembad bij het hotel, en genoeg lekkere bedjes om op te liggen. Personeel komt af en toe langs met lekkere gratis hapjes/ drankjes. Echt geweldig. Ontbijt is super, uitgebreide menukaart waar je elke ochtend uit mag kiezen. Inclusief koffie, thee, sapje en een bord met fruit. Het restaurant is verder open voor lunch en diner, dit was ook allemaal erg lekker. Echt een aanrader

Ok but not amazing

Stayed here after a great experience at their sister property in Gili Air. Unfortunately this was not quite as good. Service seemed lacklustre, our room wasn't serviced every day, and the room wasn't as comfortable as we were hoping. There are no lamps in the room so you either have all the lights on or nothing at all - not great in the evenings. Shower gel was watered down and unusable. The whole property looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The pools are ok and it's a decent location with some nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok - staff in the restaurant were lovely.

A beautiful, aesthetic hotel for the coolest adults! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always reachable via the provided phone number. They arranged activities and transport on our behalf: all we had to do was show up. The restaurant on site is lovely but basic, essentially what you’d expect from a hotel resto. Amenities are plentiful and easy to use: there are two lovely pools to lounge by where you can even have a floating breakfast delivered. There is a cute little communal library at reception too. Rooms are cleaned every day, sometimes twice a day, so it’s always pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, including the aircon, shower, and safe. The spa on site is surprisingly generous and cheap: you can enjoy one of the best massages in Bali, manicures and pedicures, hair treatments, facials, and more. We only had time to visit once but would definitely have returned if our stay was longer! The only downside is that there is no drinkable water tank provided in the room, unlike the other hotels and villas we’ve stayed at. You will need to request bottles of water or bring your own. Other than that, a beautiful, enjoyable stay at one of the best hotels in Bali. Cannot recommend enough and will return!

Penthouse - great stay in Uluwatu

Amazing service from the whole team. They organised an airport transfer for me, breakfast every morning was delicious (highly recommend the traditional Indonesian food) and on Saturday night it was tapas and Spanish dancing! Great location, most of what you need is in walking distance. If not, it’s only a few dollars for a Gojek. There is a fantastic spa at the back of the accommodation 5/5 had the best massage and everyone is so friendly Super clean, lovely pools and an incredible view - highly recommend getting the penthouse.

Pretty outside, a little worn out on the inside

Nice exterior with plenty of area to relax in. The employees were really helpful and serviceminded. The rooms looked nice, but had issues with some kind of bad smell. We had to ask to be moved from the first room because the smell was too nauseating. Luckily, this issue wasn't as big with the second room. Most bars and restaurants around the hotel seem to be gone, likely due to the pandemic. However, we saw a lot of construction work and I assume many new and exciting places will open in near future. You will likely benefit from having a car/scooter/driver that can take you around Uluwatu. The area is not made for walking.

Great hotel

Great hotel. I paid the extra and booked the rooftop room and it was worth the money. Very big spacious room with big bathroom and also a view from my door step that was beautiful. The rooms down the bottom also looked good also. Very cosy hotel. Will definitely be back. Walking distance to a bunch of shops/restaurants and the beach.

We did test to open the restaurant for breakfast from 1st June 2020 and as of 29 June 2020 we closed the breakfast but we keep the restaurant open for dinner.
