Featuring an immense deck and little wooden walking paths that hint at a Japanese garden, the backyard is an ideal spot for your morning tea or coffee. “Gone Coastal” is located right off what is known as the “old” 17-Mile Drive – adjacent to the current one – and walking distance to Monterey Peninsula Country Club and the Dunes Shelter. Within minutes, find yourself standing before famous local landmarks like China Rock, or driving up to the Lodge at Pebble Beach for some shopping or a world-class spa treatment.
Venturing beyond the gates of Pebble Beach, explore the rest of the Monterey Peninsula. There’s no shortage of exceptional restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and scenic spots in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove, and Monterey. As the day winds down, draw yourself a soothing bath in the primary bedroom’s stunning ensuite bathroom, where the top half of the enclave containing both the tub and shower is entirely glass. Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.
In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property has electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.
The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.
Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
