Room nowhere near what it says online!! Pathetic condition - I changed room, but!! Nearby works made it worst stay

The room they allotted me first didn’t have the AC working. They said will upgrade but i had to bear additional charges. breakfast was not upto the mark.

The Staff was very pleasing and very helpful right from security and Front office to boys.
The room was well maintained.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay at Nirali Executive. I would surely would like to come back and recommend others.
Once again would like to appreciate the staff for so pleasing and helpful in all ways.

Nice place to stay but room amenities need to be upgraded, no towels in the bathroom, old bedsheets with lint balls etc are not expected in premium rooms

Very comforting stay at hotel. Service is good and satisfactory price. Staff members are polite and helpful.

Inhospitable staff
Had a very bad experience. We did online booking for Treebo at Hinjewadi. Firstly receptionist was not hospitable and slow at his task and was already facing some issue with two other customers. We faced reservation problem. We were showing him our booking receipt but he was not ready to allot us a room. The reason being our booking was not displaying on his PC but same was showing confirmed on his tablet. And later we got to know that receptionist didn't refresh his application and so all chaos occurred. Finally he allotted us room after 45min. Another issue, since some huge renovation was going on in the hotel, lobby was dusty and allotted room was stinking a bit. Another major issue in reservation was we as a couple booked for room with king size bed and we were provided a room with two seperate single bed. Hotel receptionist not agreeing to change the room. We left from there loosing our temper and had to do another offline booking in a nearby hotel. Heard a good name about Treebo but this Hinjewadi staff was just indecent towards their job and not attending customers properly.
