気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
the property is pretty good, the highlight has to be the pool. Other than that, the owner stopped communicating with me 24 hours before arrival and for the duration of the entire trip. Very disrespectful and rude. We also tried calling the owner while there with the appropriate number that Expedia gives, of course we are greeted with “sorry wrong number”. We also confirmed the number with the owners employees. Why would anyone in the business of customer service ignore a paying customer? If the owner would have been honest, straight forward, and kind I would have completely ignored all the negative contributing factors affecting this property. But the owner decided the ignore us completely, we will NOT be recommending this property to ANYONE looking for a comparable place to stay in Pattaya, Thailand.
