The stonehouse is extremely cosy and comfortable with a large slow combustion wood heater and plenty of iron bark logs to fuel it stored just outside the front door. The views out of every window over the creek and paddocks are stunning. We saw black swans, ducks, rabbits, what we think was a sneaky fox early one morning, as well as cattle and alpacas. We felt very welcome and communication was excellent. There were eggs, bacon, and bread provided, as well as cereals, condiments, coffee, tea and milk. This place is a gem if you appreciate an immaculately clean, stylishly decorated and sensitively restored heritage property.
