This immaculate property is located between the Coral Bay Area and the village of Peyia, perfect for exploring the tourist areas of Paphos but also convenient due to it’s short distance to local amenities and just a 30 minute drive from the airport. You will have full access to the property and it's grounds and of course the 2 pools. All amenities are easily accessible by car and foot. The Coral Bay Area, beaches, Akamas forest, Paphos Zoo and more are just minutes away from your residence.
The space
Walking into the property you come across a comfortable sofa set facing the TV with different international channels, Kodi box, DVD Player and WiFi. There is also a dining room table and chairs for those family dinners at home. The kitchen is located separately and offers great working space and even a breakfast table. It is fully equipped with all the different items that you might need while preparing your favorite meals and all the white goods that you will require. There is also a guest toilet on the same floor. If you head outside from the kitchen you will come across an immaculate garden area that has sunshine during the mornings and is shaded the rest of the day. There you will find a small table and chairs with its umbrella, a washing line and space for private parking. Heading outside from the living area you will be surrounded by the landscaped gardens which provide privacy and enjoy your meals on the outside table set. You will also find sunbeds that can be used there or by the pool (but have to be brought back). On the premises you will also find a BBQ for your use. Heading upstairs we find 3double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The 1st bedroom has 2 bunk bed which sleep 4 children, ideal for family use. The 2nd bedroom is in an excellent condition with new furniture and access to a small balcony. The master bedroom offers the same, with the addition of a en-suite bathroom and access to the same balcony. The property is located in a cul-de-sac location, with the pool and children’s pool just a stone’s throw away.

Guests have access to the whole house and it’s grounds plus the communal areas of the pool and pool toilets.
