「５つ星ホテルということで予約したが、なぜこのホテルが５つ星なのか疑う。ホテルの雰囲気も暗い、チェックインもフロントに一人しかいないので待たされ、レストランの従業員も態度が悪い。ジンジャエールを頼んだが「ない」と言われ、メニューを確認したらちゃんとあるので指摘した所、嫌な顔をして渋々持って来た。意味がわからない！ハンガリーのサービスは悪いというが５つ星ホテルでもこの程度かとガッカリした。ホテル周辺は静かで散歩するにはいい所。ヘーヴィーズ湖まで徒歩15〜20分くらい。ホテルのスパに日本の温泉のような白濁した硫黄の湯がありなんとなく落ち着けた。」

「I had an amazing time at Ensana Thermal Hévíz. The hotel is only a short walk from the lake and right next to a lovely park/forest. I had a room overlooking the park and the lake which was nice. The hotel has great facilities, and a large selection of both wellness and medical spa treatments. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. 「5-star review for a 5-star hotel on the shore of Lake Balaton. Most rooms have a small balcony with a lake view so the room configuration is not a rectangle, but there is plenty of room for two people and their luggage. The indoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful, sorry I missed the beer spa with the music! The dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet were magnificent, all of the staff were so courteous. The sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking and there are walking and biking paved...
