This modern 3-bedroom condo is perfect for families. It's centrally located in the heart of Seacrest at The Villages of South Walton. Once you walk into this completely remodeled home-away-from-home you'll feel welcomed by all the unique updates and touches that have been made.

Enjoy a kitchen that opens onto the dining and living area. There's plenty of seating for dining and entertainment with seating at the kitchen counter, the dining table, and even more seating out on the balcony. Enjoy the 30A views of Seacrest from this corner unit which features windows not only on the front of the unit, but also the side.

The bedrooms are cozy and chic with their coastal vibes. The bathrooms will make you feel like you're at a spa with their beautiful tilework plus crisp white and cool gray finishes.

Don't forget to spend some peaceful moments on the balcony to sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Take in some warm breezes, and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, plus balcony access. Private spa bathroom with dual sinks, and large shower.

The Village has direct access to Sunset Beach, and it's only a short walk away. Or, for your convenience, the seasonal tram will transport you to and from the beach. There are 2 large private pools at the Village with plenty of loungers and patio seating. Plus, there is a community grill area for your BBQ cravings.

There are several dining options at the Village as well as shops and bike rentals all right at your fingertips. Right next door to the Village you can easily walk or bike to Rosemary Beach via the trail that parallels 30A. Rosemary Beach is a little piece of European flair in Florida. Have your pick of first-class dining options, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and picnic friendly green spaces. Hop in the car to head to Pier Park in Panama City Beach to the east, or make your way west to famous Seaside. Village of South Walton is the perfect location for your beach getaway to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Nice Corner Unit Condo in Rosemary Beach Area
We enjoyed our stay. Great communication from the management company. We were given a door code, so check in/out was easy. Good location - walking distance to everything. Unit is right by the stairway. Be aware there is no ceiling fan in the bunk bed room. Also, the second bedroom does not have a black out shade, so the exterior lights shine through the window.

Spring Break!
This condo is a great find for a small family. The location is perfect and in walking or biking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach! The condo is clean and had everything we needed for our group. The management group did an exceptional job of communicating. We would certainly stay here again.

Unit was beautiful, however, there are issues with the washing machine as it kept getting off track no matter how small of a load- We also could not get the TV in the 2nd unit to work at all during or stay

beautiful condo. great location. the furniture and kitchen/baths were all updated and looked brand new. Such a great place. My only issue was the cleaning crew keyed in at 8:30 am. didn't knock and I was naked in the hallway horrified and mad.

Awesome Condo!
We have stayed in this complex a few times before, and enjoyed this unit the most! Great location, very clean, nice decor, updated kitchen, etc. We would definitely rent it again! Highly recommend!!!

Great stay overall, but room for improvement
The condo is well located and was very clean. We had trouble locating it initially because the unit number was not listed on any of the more recent communications. I had to go back a few months to find the lease agreement and get the unit number. A map of the community would have helped in both locating the unit as well as the beach access. We had to seek guidance from others on where and how to access the beach. There are arm bands in the condo that are marked for pool access, but you also need these for beach access. Once we got settled and figured things out, we had a great time, but a little more info up front could have made our first day go much smoother! Also, parking was a bit of a problem and we only had one car, not the allowed two. This was especially true as the weekend visitors to the close by businesses and restaurants caused overcrowding.

We Wanted to Love It...
We wanted to love this property, but our trip was very flawed. I'll start with the good: -The property was very clean, well-decorated, spacious. It was an end unit on the top floor, so we didn't have to worry about too many neighbors. -It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. -Unit had all the kitchen tools you could need + a few basic spices and seasonings. Coffee maker was a dual pot/K-cup brewer. -Unit had a few unexpected items that we appreciated. Hairdryers (which we were told to pack), a playpen (great for corralling baby), etc. Now the not-so-great, a lot of which has to do with the property management company and not the owner: -We received a note from the property manager on check-in today, early afternoon, saying that the AC unit needed to be worked on and that someone would be there at some point. Couldn't give a specific time. We checked in around 5pm and assumed that it had already been taken care of, since hours had gone by. Then around 8:30pm, the door unlocks and the AC technician let himself in. No knocking. We were sitting on the couch and were scared to death. Knocking should ALWAYS be done first, and unfortunately this was the first of three events where someone let themselves in with the code without knocking. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially with our baby sleeping in the front bedroom. -Rent Gear Here people let themselves in (who Benchmark partners with) let themselves in without knocking, even after I told them we would be home/that I didn't feel comfortable sharing the code with them. -Housekeeping let themselves in on the morning of checkout around 8:45. We were trying to get everything packed, cleaned and out the door by our 10am checkout. -Front bedroom (where baby slept) did not have proper AC flow, and it got up to 78 degrees while the rest of the unit was cold/set to 70. -Wifi router died mid-way through our trip. It was replaced but not installed. My husband had to do it. -There was one sentence in the reservation email that said "Beach access - head west to Sunset Beach." And that was it! As first-timers to this area, we never could find that dang beach. And the rest of Rosemary Beach is considered "private" and is gated with codes required. The first day someone was nice and let us in and gave us the code. -Building was overcrowded - not enough parking, no space on bike racks. And be prepared to get run over by teens on bikes.

Perfect location
Overall our party of five loved our stay during an annual girls trip to 30A. We did not rent a car so the location of this condo was convenient to everything...steps to a mini market, restaurants, shops, Rosemary and the beach! It was quiet since it was an end unit on the top floor. Our only (minor) complaints would be that the rooms never got dark at night and one bedroom / bath was huge while the other was really small. We were comfortable with the furnishings and layout but can’t imagine 8 people squeezing into the same space.
