The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coasts famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals.

Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

The Seacrest Beach Shuttle runs seasonally from March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from tram stops within the community and the beach or the Lagoon. Simply call the tram to let them know you are at a designated tram stop and they will pick you up.

There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
Parking passes for each vehicle staying at the property will be available in the Amenity Packet (see below).

Other Things to Note:
Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Sealestial at Seacrest Beach on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in the Sealestial. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

***The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather***
****Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipped with this state required alarm****

Interaction with Guests:
Wristbands are required to access all amenities (including the pool).

Seacrest Beach Check-in Procedure:
Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete the online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes.

Arrival & departure dates
# of adults (11 & older)
# of children (10 & younger)
Year, Make, Model, Color & Tag # of all vehicles parking at the residence

Directions on how to pick up amenity wristbands are supplied prior to check-in.
