When we arrived at 4:00pm to check in house keeping was still working on the room. We had to stand outside with all our luggage, an infant and toddler, while they finished. After they finished we were told they would have to come back later with bed sheets. It was 6:00pm before they finished. When we looked around the room itself…the couch was FILTHY, the cabinets are all peeling, the carpets throughout the entire condo are disgusting, the glass lamp in the living area is broken, the lights were out( we had to replace the bulbs), a sink and tub both backed up, the toilet in the master bathroom constantly runs…we contacted the owner, their response was “we’ll send maintenance out to fix” and we never seen them. The resort itself is great, the elevators were NEVER packed and super fast, the security is AMAZING. We understand there is going to be wear and tear throughout all condos, but for what we paid at this one…working lights, toilets, and cleanliness is a must. Hopefully we can come back to majestic through a different owner.
