「Staff is great. Help you to get food as per the diet restrictions. Rooms are good too. Overall entire property was nice and clean. Would recommend to friends and family.」

「スタッフの対応も悪くなく、部屋も一見すると綺麗で、エアコンもちゃんと動いていて「当たりかな」と思ったが、浴室の天井は抜け落ち崩れ、水が上から垂れ落ちてき、エアコンは調整効かず寒く、何よりベット全体が湿っていて、身体中あちこちダニにかまれて痒みで酷いことになってしまった。インドでは、もっと酷い「はずれ」なホテルもあるので、まだ許容範囲だったか、ダニがとにかくNGで、ホテルには申し訳ないが値段を考えると、どうしても評価下がります。」

「Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site 」

「Hotel was clean, 2 mins walk from Rameswaram railway station. Check-in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast had a good spread of South Indian dishes. Filter Coffee and room service was good. Hotel staff are courteous and ready to help with any kind of request. Autos are available throughout the day for a ride to temple or to Dhanushkodi sightseeing」

「Average hotel. The staff try but really are unable to stay on top of customer service. Half the time I was asking for help on some issue or the other. Their response time wasn’t that great. The restaurant again tries hard, but is not well operated. Over all, not recommended」

「Firstly they don't support online booking. They ask us to call the customer support and give them the phone to talk to so that they can get the website's booking confirmation and invoice etc. Then all sorts of problems begin. They negotiate with us the room and rate etc. In my case my online receipt clearly mentioned 4 bed room, but they said as they don't support online booking( they don't know how their hotel gets listed in the website) and they don't know how/when they will receive payment so...
