「We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. 「We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights....

「食事は種類も多く野菜もあり、卵も調理してくれます。朝食の手焼きのパンがとても美味しかったです。夕食の牛スジの煮込みのようなものがとても美味しかったです。 家族4人（大人2人＋小学生2人）でSuperior Roomに滞在しました。29㎡との記載だったのですが部屋はとても狭く感じました。クローゼットにはベッドと壁の狭い隙間を横に歩かなければいけません。家具の配置が非常に無駄があります。4人での宿泊ならデラックススイートを予約することをお勧めします（バスタブも付いていますし）。 ホテルのレートはとても悪いです。宿泊費は先にサイトで支払ってしまうか、空港で換金してから現金で支払った方が良かったと思いました。」

「Happy with style and size of my room, variety of dining options and food being offered. Large grounds to explore and relax in. Shuttle service prompt and reliable. Some issues with heat of cooked breakfast options.」

「Beautiful villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city which meant it was quiet however you need to hire a driver to get anywhere. Accommodation was very spacious with a 3 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for couples or older families however the bedrooms were separated by the pool in the middle so not great for small kids in terms of safety. Hotel staff were great and organised most of our needs including drivers to the markets, cooking classes, camel rides, etc......

「We had a really great time at Rui Tikida Gardens, which contributed to a fantastic holiday in Marrakesh. The hotel itself is very clean and very well looked after. The food is very nice with several options. The facilities are great, and the outside area is beautiful. It is not a large resort but that contributes to its charm.
