「A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous...

「This resort was clean, had great food, and it was quite relaxing. The entertainment though was sadly nowhere near resorts like Moon Palace. Lots of parents come in with their children. So more activities and shows are needed.」

「Food is not nice at all, all inclusive but on a budget. All room bathrooms have a window (not mentioned anywhere when booking). Very outdated building and facilities, small pool, no nice drinks, lack of water bottles and snacks despite it being all inclusive, was refused water at one point. Nice staff though」

「The main reception was spacious and clean however in the middle of June in 37 degree heat the air conditioning was never on. The dining hall which we paid all inclusive for also never had the air conditioning on, flies were a huge problem!. Not a huge variety in food, juice machine never worked and no fresh juice. The room was bright and spacious however the bathtub and toilet were old and stained and needed major updating. For a 4 star hotel no kettle or water bottles were provided....
