The Space:
Cozy and newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with completely fenced front & back yard with new heated in ground pool located in the unique oceanside community of Malacompra @ Hammock in Palm Coast. This charming home is nestled amongst the old oaks, and is located short walking, biking or golf carting distance to the beach and almost across the street from Bing's Landing state park & boat launch. Besides a beautiful sandy beach, there are miles Bike Trails and a park down the road as well as children play ground, basketball, valley ball, pickle ball & tennis courts where you can put your sportsmanship to the test! It is within walking distance to the beach (golf cart is provided for ease of going to the beach) and Bings Landing Marina where you can enjoy fishing, dining, kayaking and launching your boat on the ICW, and more when you are out exploring. You can also bring your RV or Camper there is a parking on the side with electric hook up to 50Amp.
Master bedroom has a King Sized bed and in suite master bath. Guest Rooms 1 has a queen sized bed and guest room 2 have 4 twin beds, to sleep 4. This property sleeps 8 people comfortably. Fast AT&T Internet service. Internet Roku TV's in each room. 
There is a Complimentary Golf Cart for you to use during your stay. Please make sure you sign our waiver prior to use. 
Pets are welcome, $100 fee per pet plus taxes.
Conveniently located in between St. Augustine and Daytona and close to Jacksonville and Orlando.
The pool is heated, please contact us if you would like to use the heating option for additional cost of $287 per week.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to a home, private and fenced yard and in ground heated pool. Guests are also provided with a free golf cart so you can easily go to the beach.




Check in info:  
Please make sure that the Golf Cart is always charged.
Please make sure you sign the Golf Cart Waiver if you intend to use it.
Please make sure Golf Cart is parked under the Roof.





Check-in time anytime after 3:00 pm 


Check out time by 10:00 am

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
You will need a car or a golf cart or a bicycle to get around the area. You can also walk to a few restaurants, beach and park near by.

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
