「So my stay at Holiday Inn started a bit rocky. I was placed in a room in building 8, the furthest building that overlooked a parking lot and what i later found out was a nightclub. It was nonstop loud music until 3am. The partial ocean view was basically nonexistent. The room was old and the faucets in the bathroom werent working properly. I called and expressed my concerns and was told that there are no availabilities until the day after i left. I explained that i was not comfortable in that...

「Out second time here..there are a few things that were declined from last year…namely only 1 working elevator and the fitness center was closed. All the staff is outstanding. The food was pretty much as good as last year…we don’t bother with the restaurants and just enjoy the buffet. We heard they are going to start major renovations soon, but we will probably be back in 2026」

「I like the fact that unlike the other large resorts on the island there is room on the beach, under a shady palapa you can reserve (for around $50/day). Other resorts like Marriott have beach lounge chairs all right next to each other. Will this change with the new Hilton building going up on the property and turn the beach into a crowded space ? Hope not. 」
