"This was the third time we stayed at the hotel. Friendly and fast check-in. It was a nice surprise to see a welcome-back card with chocolate in the room. "We liked: quirky decor, relaxed ambiance, friendly staff, comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious, loads of veggie and lactose free options (also gluten free) and everything was well labelled. "Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "
