「There were definite highs and lows to this property. The rooms were very clean and there was great entertainment options (games available to play) and lots of beds, which is what we wanted. However, we really wanted the hot tub which this property advertised, but was clearly not being uproot or available for use. There was one line in the posting, that the water is not drinkable. I applaud that this property is so green, but it was somewhat inconvenient for utilizing water. The biggest complaint...

「Our stay at the Fern Studio was excellent. The hosts, Elaine and Carter, were so incredibly kind and very communicative. Providing instructions early prior to our arrival and gave us lots of tips while we were there. Especially for the National Park next door.」

「Beautiful gardens and lovely accomodations. Clean and colorful unit with everything we needed. Proximity to south point was great for partner to go fishing off the shore. No AC, but weather is cooler and great breeze coming through house. Evenings were filled with frogs singing. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay here again.」

「Very clean & nicely decorated, however would sacrifice adorement for more functional surfaces. No normal upholstered chairs & kitchenette very difficult to function in. Internet marginal for working vacationers & didn't recall ceiling height in loft being mentioned (too low to stand up) Hot tub was a real bonus yet having dry towels was a challenge. Great location for National Volcano Park but pretty far from beaches.」

「This property the Aloha Green House Retreat is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The host “Ruth” is super nice and organized. The house is located in a quiet, safe, and affluent neighborhood. The plus is the view of the ocean. This place is a must stay. 」

「Annabelle is a wonderful host. This is definitely a piece of paradise. I liked the open living area to hang out in. Large bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Great location, within a mile of volcano. Golf course is even closer. Would definitely stay here again.」
