「Service level of the Hotel was not so good in case of considering as the Westin hotel. For example, towels were nothing after room making and even though I asked the house keeping to bring towels, they have never brought them. I asked them again. When I borrowed the pool towels, the rule was different by staff. When I have ordered something drink at the restaurant, nobody has come here to take the order.
