On the first floor of the townhouse, you will find the first bedroom with its own private bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and shares a half bath. The second floor has a 2nd bedroom with two full-size beds that include pull-out day beds. This bedroom also has a private bath with a tub, perfect for children, and a walk-in closet. The master suite has its own en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Also located on the second floor is a washer and dryer for easy laundry use. Each bedroom has a smart TV, as well as a smart TV in the living room for movie nights. The property is equipped with an alarm system for your safety. The townhouse can accommodate out-of-town family and friends for nearby graduations, holidays, and other special events. We offer rental discounts for long-term stays of more than one week.
