「The cottage was as expected. It was quaint and quiet. The scenery was beautiful. Mike met us at the property and went through everything we needed to know. He followed up later to make sure we didn’t need anything. He was quick to return our call when we had a question. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. It’s very peaceful. 」

Mary the house keeper/property manager does a great job of keeping it clean and tidy but there are serious things that need addressing in order to maintain the house: the house has damp - stained peeling wallpaper shows this, as do the mushrooms growing out the beam by the front door. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war super freundlich, die Wegbeschreibung und die Infos zum Haus und der Umgebung mit Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. 「The big pros of this place are location and size! A once in a lifetime trip with adult children/spouses and this space was large enough for the 7 of us and it is close enough to walk to public transit around Ireland. Easy to communicate with and check in/check out easy. Part of our group ended up delayed by a day but part of us made it and check in and communication was everything! Please note that by American standards the bathrooms/showers are small but there are enough that the space works...

It was a welcome oasis after the hustle and bustle of London and Dublin! Loads of room for us to spread out after two weeks together! Haha!! Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and blissfully quiet. We would not hesitate to book again!」
