The room is not fit for our employee to stay. The refrigerator only works when the lights are on . The water smells like sewage. Terrible!!

Air conditional was making sound all night. Bad smell from the shower and sink when I used water. Checkin process was smooth. Highly priced for the facilities provided.

The staff who assisted us was accommodating and nice. But their water has bad smell. We can't even use it to wash our face. When i turned on the shower, after few seconds, it smelled so bad that i had to turn it off. My family ended up having no shower that day. I hope the management will improve its water system.

Other than the pleasant lady who checked us in, this was a “never again “ experience. When we got to the room, we found the AC was not functioning properly and they had put 2 fans in the room. We should have been told this before we were given the room. When we went back to mention it, the poor lady at the desk was dealing with check in issues with 2 other guests and was in tears from it, so we decided to “grin and bear it”, because we didn’t want to upset her further. Later that evening, we could hear arguing between one of those guests and the front desk lady, loud enough we could hear in our room. After a hot and uncomfortable sleep, we decided to have a shower and the water smelled like swamp water. Other than the pleasantness of the front desk lady, I would certainly not recommend a stay here.

Hôtel tel que sur les photo, toutefois ce que les photos ne montrent pas c’est l’odeur… La ventilation est déficiente et la plomberie est totalement désuète, il en résulte donc une odeur assez désagréable. Et je ne vous parle pas du matelas… Aussi, il est inscrit que le petit déjeuner est inclus, il n’y a pas de photo de la cafétéria pour une bonne raison, un petit placard avec quelque barre tendre et de l’eau… bref, j’avais choisi cet emplacement car c’était près de Calypso et le Microtel était plein. J’aurais du chercher un hôtel plus éloigné tout compte fait.

Well, according to the description on Expedia, we were supposed to receive a free breakfast to find out when we checked in that they no longer do breakfast anymore and have contacted Expedia, but Expedia has yet to take down the description item. It's a convenient location and has 3 food options plus Starbucks. Gas is in the parking lot over. Rooms are okay but could use an update.

Chambre réservée et payer depuis plusieurs mois . Quand on arrive, il reste juste une chambre 1 lit quand on a reservée pour 2 lits. Aucun moyen de communiquer avec le responsable au moment du check in . Dans l'obligation de prendre la chambre car aucun plan B, 2 adulte et 1 ados 1 lit double, l'un d'entre nous a fini par dormir dans le bain. Plus tard en soirée, j'ai fini par parler au téléphone avec le reponsable,il me mentionne qu'il ni a aucune possibilité de relocalisation dans un autre hotel. Il me dit qu'il sera là le lendemain et qu'il dédommagera pour l'inconvénient. Le lendemain pour le check out, personne de présent ... Mauvais service! Surtout ne pas payer d'avance et assurez-vous d'avoir un plan B, sutout si vous venez de faire une longue route.

Got there at 7pm and the person at the reception said the room was not ready due to lack of sheets. Got the manager's phone number and when I left a 3rd message stating i would make a fit at the reception desk, he finally call back. Very unprofessional service at the reception. The person could not care less that we were tired after a long day of driving. Someone else in my group was told they did not have a reservation even though they had cinfirmation with them. Very badly manage, unprofessional. Never ever had and issue like this before in all my traveling. Don't go to that place..

This is a horrible motel. I booked a two night stay via Expedia. I arrived late the first night. I was issued a key, went to room and it was occupied. They overbooked. There wasn’t an available room. This was in a rural area with limited places to stay and all motels/inns/air bnb’s for a 45 minute drive were fully booked. Do not stay here. They don’t care that they left me unhoused for the night. Additionally, the lady at the front desk was rude and seemed to take pleasure in the situation. I tried calling the hotel manager. He never returned my call. Run - don’t walk - away from the Restauparc Motel.
