The location gave me pause, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to Toyocho station which gives you access to the Tozai line - it makes it easy to connect with other lines throughout Tokyo. The area of the hotel feels very safe and has a few dining options. There's also a grocery store just down from the hotel which makes it easy to pick up any basics.
