The property was big enough for us to stay in and in good shape for the most part. However, the communication with the owner and management was poor. The property had the digital keypad lock which opened just fine when we entered the property for the first time. However, when we left same day for the occasion, we locked the house as instructed and when we came back at night, the unlock code wouldn’t work at all. We tried multiple times but failed. We had an infant and one kid along with some adults stranded outside for about 20-30 minutes. The owner got in touch with us through the VRBO’s messenger but his/her communication was poor and also couldn’t help much with unlocking the house. He/She didn’t come on the phone for whatever reason. Also the number provided by the owner to contact them in case we need help didn’t work at that time around 11:30 pm. We got in after about 30 mins. They sent the key in the morning just in case that happens again. Also we requested the pool to be heated up a night before for the use next day and they said it will take couple of hours to heat up, but when the person came to turn on the heat in the morning, it didn’t heat up even after 6 hours when we wanted to use that in the afternoon.
