Amazing stay and experience except for the fact that there are 2 full baths not 3.
We had a great experience with prompt response from Barbara for any issues or concerns. There was some error from Vrbo regarding the posting for bathrooms in the house. The listing states 3 full baths, however only 2 full baths and one vanity outside a bathroom is available in this property. Barbara clarified that it was an error from Vrbo posting the description. I hope they fix this error. I am glad we were able to adjust with 2 baths instead of 3. Otherwise we had no other issues and the place was clean, accommodating and family Friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Fantastic stay!
The property is meticulously clean, well-adorned, and perfectly located near Sea World and Disney. The beds were all very comfortable and perfect space for 2 adults, a teenager, 2 kids under 10, and an infant. We had fantastic communication with the host prior to and during our stay. When we visit the parks again, we will definitely stay again - while we weren’t there long enough to use the other amenities in the complex, there were certainly ample.

Amazing place
Kudos to host and her cleaning crew. VERY CLEAN. All kinds of extras in house especially for young kids. We had a 2 month old and 10 month old. Pool and pool house had lots of fun stuff to do. Guard gated neighborhood easy to access. Will most definitely be staying in the future.

I would stay here again
We loved staying here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It’s one of my favorite spots we’ve stayed in Orlando. I appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like hooks in the bathroom, a closet full of items you might have forgotten, and much more. Thanks for providing such a great place for us to stay. We will be back.

Family trip for dance competition
Arrived at the property and immediately noticed it was clean and close to amenities like target and Publix. Kids loved that we were able to spread out at the end of a busy day with their own room and bathroom. Plus easy walk down to the pool - with tiki bar restaurant for snacks and adult happy hour. Our one day we escaped to the beach we had towels and beach toys plus an umbrella - perfect for our day trip. Laundry in the it meant we went home with clean clothes - a bonus for any trip. A great home base for all of our adventures!

Best Stay Ever
The Best Stay Ever - A Perfect Getaway I recently stayed at Villas at Seven Dwarfs in Kissimmee at one of Barbara’s propertys and can confidently say it was the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is nestled in a serene area in the middle of everything Kissimmee. It’s conveniently located near shops, restaurans, and Disney, yet still provides the peace and privacy we were looking for. The house itself is magical. It’s beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of sophisticated decor and Disney charm. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals. The highlight for us was the pool and jacuzzi. It was such a treat to relax there after a day of exploring. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both entertainment and staying connected with family. Our host, Barbara, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She provided clear instructions for check-in and was always available to answer any questions we had. They also provided baby stuff and sports equipment that we were able to take advantage of. Excellent Experience for all. Will contact Barbara for future stays.

Charming Villa Close to the Magic!
This villa had it all. Enough room for the family with the teens getting their own rooms upstairs. A master suite on the lower level with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom with jetted tub. The villa was immaculate and had a pool and splash pad area we used on those hot Florida days after spending long days at the theme parks. We plan to book again next time we come to Orlando!

This condo was fabulous! The host has thought of and provided every possible detail from liquid hand soap in all bathrooms to nightlights. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean and soft. The entire condo was spotless. This place is perfect for families with young children and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub in the community were great even in January. Uber and take out services were easy to use in this gated community. Barbara was an amazing host and responded to questions quickly and gave us helpful tips for our Disney vacation. We would absolutely stay there again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Perfect location
This was the perfect location. Close to grocery, restaurants, coffee and most importantly, the parks. Had everything we needed inside and the washer and dryer was great to have! Very comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Family trip
Having a place for us to come back to was amazing. Thank you for everything! We have only stayed at 2 Vrbo’s. Barbara and her staff have the routine scheduled for all types of visitors. If you have small children, OMG you have to stay here. Barbara we will be back next year.

Family trip to Orlando/Tampa
Overall family (wife and x2 daughters (14 & 26)) had a good time at home away from home. Close to I4 which gives access to everything in the area with a 30min or last drive depending on traffic. Check in process at gate was very easy. Home stayed very cool and wifi worked without issue with phones, tablets and laptops connected. The issues we ran into was with cable boxes not working. To get around we just streamed via our devices to tv. The other issue was lack of cleaning of home before we arrived. Called Barbara and she called cleaning staff right away and apologized. Cleaning staff arrived about 15mins later. We left home for about 3hrs for cleaning staff to clean home. Cleaning staff were nice and home was clean when they left. Barbara did reimburse us for being out of home for the hrs while it was being cleaned.
