The house was great. Nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a great pool. The parks were very easy to get to. You were also very close to restaurants, Target and a Publix market. It was the perfect “home away from home”.

This place lived up to the listing. It was perfect for my family of 4. They had everything you could think of that you might need but couldn't pack! The amenities were great. It really felt like vacation but with the extra comforts of home. It was a quick drive to dianey, which was nice. We were able to get back and forth multiples times per day without hassles. Barbara, the host, was easy to communicate with too! Highly recommend

We stayed for nine nights, and everything about this villa was great. Clean, comfortable, and just as good as the pictures portrayed. Barbara was lovely to work with, provided clear check-in and out instructions, offered and gave some excellent Disney tips, and was very responsive to messages. The grounds staff were lovely, and the pool was awesome, and a real life-saver after hot days at the parks. Location was great - super easy to get to all of the parks. Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely consider if/when we go again.

Our Disney trip was 100% better because of this villa. Very clean and lots of room to spread out as a family. The location could not be better. An incredibly easy drive to the parks and this area was not as congested as others in Orlando. The Target is 2 min from the house and very nice. Lots of food choices as well. We cooked breakfast each morning, which saved time and money. The couch in the family room was comfy and had plenty of room for the four is us to watch movies at night. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions. The security staff at the gate were super friendly and said this owner is their favorite by far.

What you see advertised is truly what you can expect to get when you arrive. We stayed 1st week of March and it was the perfect location for us. All the items they had for toddlers and babies were in great condition. We did 2 days of Disney Parks with a day in-between each. This was the perfect spot for both relaxing and having fun on the non-park days. Within the resort there is a playground, splash pad, and pool less than a few minute walk away. Lot's of side walks to take walks around the resort. They even have a Tiki bar that has fantastic blended drink to give you that luxury resort vibe. Resort security is friendly and helpful! Close by to Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club for grocery needs. Roughly 20 min drive to Disney with no traffic. If you have littles and want to take a break from the parks to go back and nap - it is so easy to do. We did not encounter any problems during the stay. From the interactions I did have with the host, she was friendly and helpful! We hope to come back!

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, spacious and the location to Disney it was. I received great compliments from my family for picking a great place. We were 4 adults and 1 child. It was located in a quiet area and the amenities were wonderful to entertain my niece. We didnt feel like we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here if we're back in the area. Thank you!!

Nice condo. Everything is well used. Owner wrongfully accused us of smoking in the unit to avoid hurricane refund which was promised. Then tried to overcharge us for alleged smoking. BS. Greedy owner.

We totally love Barbara's villa!!! We called it our "Home away from home". From the safety of have a security guard at the entrance/exit of the development to the extra pool towels, pool/hot tub access, splash pad, playground, area for sports like volleyball, basketball court, and a tiki bar with delicious chicken wings to the piña colada....everything was amazing!!!! Barbara was also a great source of help for an and all the question I had during our stay. Looking forward to book this villa again in thfuthe near future. Perez Family

We had a great experience with prompt response from Barbara for any issues or concerns. There was some error from Vrbo regarding the posting for bathrooms in the house. The listing states 3 full baths, however only 2 full baths and one vanity outside a bathroom is available in this property. Barbara clarified that it was an error from Vrbo posting the description. I hope they fix this error. I am glad we were able to adjust with 2 baths instead of 3. Otherwise we had no other issues and the place was clean, accommodating and family Friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The property is meticulously clean, well-adorned, and perfectly located near Sea World and Disney. The beds were all very comfortable and perfect space for 2 adults, a teenager, 2 kids under 10, and an infant. We had fantastic communication with the host prior to and during our stay. When we visit the parks again, we will definitely stay again - while we weren’t there long enough to use the other amenities in the complex, there were certainly ample.
