The property is as advertised. Good location, and the company was responsive.
However, upon arrival, we kept finding issue after issue of small problems. Not extreme, but enough to have to note, so we weren't accused of the problems.
Blinds in master bedroom didnt work, and the chain to turn the blinds closed was ceased. Other blinds had similar issues working.
There was a cupboard face fallen off.
The garbureator didnt work.
The stove had 2x top elements that didnt work - they fixed the next day.
We paid a large fee ($35/day, when most other properties in FL seem to only charge $15/day) to heat the pool, as it was a bit cooler the 3rd week of Feb2024 when we were there - pool heater was broken - so couldnt use the pool (was refunded).
Lastly, the place was clean, except for hi-up on the high ceilings. The furnace vents are clearly and visibly VERY DIRTY, leaving dirt on the ceiling as well. The furniture in the front living room is very old, and the dirt so ground into the arm rests, looks to be almost impossible to get out, and the front of the arm rests, starting to rip.
We arrived on the Sat, with instructions to put the large garbage can to the road on Wed night for collection. However it was left for us, already overflowing with garbage, that we couldnt even put our own garbage out.
I would recommend to the property owner, to maybe spend a few dollars fixing all the small issues - like new blinds, some new furniture, clean the ceilng vents, etc.
