WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND HAVE STAY HERE FOR YEARS. THIS YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME WE ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES. WE ARRIVED AT 8AM AND DID PRE-CHECK IN AS WE DO EVERYTIME WE STAY THERE. WE USUALYY ARE IN OUR ROOM BY 1PM HOWEVER WE KNOW AND UNDER STAND 4PM IS CHECK IN. WELL AT 4:15PM WE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AS WE HAD NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND WE WERE TOLD OUR ROOM IS NOT READY AND WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL 6-7PM. THAT BEING VERY DISAPOINTING WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. AT THIS POINT IT IS NOW 4:30PM A HALF HOUR PAST CHECK IN TIME. THE MANAGER (ALAJANDRO) CAME OVER AND WAS VERY RUDE TO US AND WHILE GESTURING WITH HIS HANDS IN A TEAR HE TOLD US THERE IS PRESIDENTAL, VIP, MEMBER, AND THEN THERE IS YOU DOWN HERE AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO HELP YOU. I MEAN HE WAS SO DEGRADING TO US AS IF WE WERE THERE FOR A FREE TRIP AND WE SHOULD EVEN BE THANKFUL THAT WE WERE GETTING A ROOM PERIOD. HE MADE US FEEL LIKE LOW CLASS WITH A HAND OUT AND WE PAID FOR OUR ROOM. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND IT RUINED OUR 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TRIP. WE WERE LATER PUT INTO A ROOM ON A VERY LOW FLOOR FACING THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS AWFUL. I WILL SAY THE PROPERTY AND AMENITIES WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE STAFF AND THE WAY WE WERE TREATED WAS SO AWFUL IT REALLY DID RUIN OUR TRIP. WE HAVE SENT A LETTER TO BONNET CREEK, BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESONCE YET. ITS VERY SAD.
