The hotel was well maintained and our stay was pleasant. However, I booked a room that was was suppose to have 2 queen beds but, upon arrival, we were placed in a room with just 1 king bed! That put a huge damper on our stay as we had to share beds! Because this was booked through Expedia as a package deal, getting reimbursed would have been a whole to-do. Unfortunately, there was no other available rooms for that evening. 1. We were not offered a reimbursement. 2. We were not offered a voucher to stay at another Hampton Inn in the area. 3. Worse off, we were not offered to be moved to another room with 2 queen beds when available as we did stay multiple nights. Does Expedia not talk to the Hotel? From this experience, it does not makr me comfortable in purchasing package deaks through 3rd party retailers. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
