Muy buena ubicación. Sitio muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.
Me ha gustado mucho. Estuvimos solo dos noches, pero la zona está muy bien y el apartamento muy bien ubicado. 5 minutos de la playa, en coche y muy cerca de Bares, Restaurantes y Zona Comercial.

En general bien, al lado de mercadona, del centro comercial La Zenia, de unos chinos gigantescos, muy cerca de la playa, que aunque pequeña, da para darse un baño, y con chiringuito incluido. el piso bien, con todo lo necesario. La limpieza mas bien mal, creo que porque llevaba tiempo sin ser alquilado por lo que estaba cerrado desde hace tiempo, supongo, y se notaba. Lo de pagar 55 euros para la limpieza a parte del alquiler, no me parece bien , creo que debería de estar incluido en el precio. está en un edificio al lado de la carretera, Edificio San José.. Para la localización es mejor quedar con el propietario porque es difícil de encontrar, mas que nada por el acceso que tiene. Una de las cosas que nos ha encantado es la piscina, que aunque comunitaria, no suele haber nadie, y tiene una limpieza y un mantenimiento de 10. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido también muy buena, ya que responde a cualquier pregunta enseguida. De todas formas parece que está destinado mas bien a ingleses, ya que los propietarios son ingleses, y la mayoría de la gente que hay en la comunidad son ingleses. Lo hemos pasado bien y nos ha encantado la zona, por lo que hemos quedado contentos

So much do do and see
Very well located, other than a main road but there is so much to do, many restaurants, shopping etc And endless walks...we walked to Torrevieja (about 10 miles) and there are many beaches along the way and then walked south to the mar Menor passing through Horadada, Campoamor and Cabo roig....this is a long 12 mile walk but the mar Menor and la manga are breathtaking...would definitely come back to the area x

A spacious clean apartment with all the modern facilities you need, just a bit close to the A332
This apartment is situated in La Zenia, very close to several good quality beaches - including Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Zenia itself. The apartment is spacious, very clean and contains a host of conveniences that mean that you can really relax into your holiday quickly. Unless you are a little ‘tech savvy’, you may find the TV a bit tricky to use, but you will probably only use that if the weather is rough. Zenia Boulevard is a delight, with a host of quality shops, cafes and restaurants that suit all pockets. If you prefer to eat out (we do), then you will not be disappointed with the selection in the area of this apartment. Prices are competitive and you can get a 2-3 course meal with 1/2 bottle of wine from between €6 to €15 per person. You really cannot argue with that, it’s great value. The apartment has shared private community pool which is a good size and is never busy. This provides an excellent opportunity to enjoy the Sun without the perceived hassle of going to the beach. There is even a good selection of books to read at the poolside library - never seen that before! Roz is a superstar, helping with a couple of things that were important to us. The only slight criticism of the apartment is the closeness to the A332 costal dual carriageway. Just 100 Metres further away would have made a big difference. Unfortunately the Google camera car had to stop at the community gates, meaning that you get a slightly distorted picture of the position of the apartment. Many thanks for an enjoyable holiday!

Overall good, spacious enough for the three of us everything you need in kitchen. Complicated set up for tv but didn't worry us that much don't really watch on holiday. Very convienient setting so near to supermarket, beach, saturday market and boulavard. Only downside next to main road spoilt the view a little and made balcony dusty. Roz who overalls the stay very friendly and helpful. Would possible return.

Clean comfortable apartment, walking distance from everything
You always fear the worst booking holiday apartments online, but, fear not with this apartment. The owner was clear and helpful from the outset, La Zenia Blvd and some great beaches less than a ten minute walk, some great pubs close by but just far enough away to not be disturbed in the early hours and a vast array of eating out choices! Will be back next year.

Nice apartment
Nice and pleasant apartment overall. A bit of a small double bed, the cooker was not working so could not do self catering. Was fine with us as we were there only for 3 nights, so was not that bad. If we were there longer, then would of been a problem. Location was good. Close to everything by walk or car. Just a bit noisy, as its right next to a main road. Overall a lovely apartment and has everything you need and very clean and homely.
