The house has a number of very good features, such as the basement that leads directly to the fenced-in yard, the deck outside the front door, the deck outside the kitchen, and the washer and dryer. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates, etc. that we could possibly need. The bathrooms were spotless and well supplied with soaps and towels.
Unfortunately, the dining area table was very difficult for us to use because the chairs were so high and hard to get close to the table without hitting our knees. The light switch for the kitchen was not working properly (very hard to get it to turn off and concern about outlet not working) and the light for the deck off the kitchen didn't work at all. The smallest bedroom window faces a house across the street where the really, really bright security light is on all night long, so the blinds had to be closed in that bedroom which drastically reduced the available ventilation from the window.
