"Very clean. Great text/email communication despite not having a person on site. Older rooms that feel new due to all of the updating. The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 star review is a somewhat noisy wall heater and some traffic noise due to location. I'd stay here again."

We asked for a staff to accompany to a pond and explain how to use paddle boarding but they said they would not go but it would be easy for us to figure out. I prefer the staff be there and show to my daughters how to do.
