「We visited Anacortes to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This home was even better than the pictures and so comfortable! It was perfect place to stay while we explored the town as well as San Juan Island. The hosts were so generous and responsive! Would give it 10 stars!」

「This cottage was ideal for our little group of friends. The trail along the bay was a great place to walk. There were thoughtful touches like firewood, s'more supplies, shampoos and body washes waiting for us. The chairs, firepit and bay are as lovely as they look in the picture. And we were pleasantly surprised by how little traffic there was on Birch Bay Dr. It was quiet inside the cottage and out.」

「Lovely view of the water. Nicely decorated. The bathroom (and sink) was incredibly small but owners made good use of the space with a small corner shelf and cabinet above. It was very clean. 「Being right on the beach was such a treat. The neighbors were very helpful, welcoming and kind. The downstairs shower was stopped up so we got some Drano and a plunger and were able to unclog it.」

「My kids and I loved this place, the beach out front is perfect for families and the old school cozy cabin feel of the house was really fun. The house was stocked better than I've ever seen a vacation rental with little things that are appreciated like tissue boxes in every room, extra blankets, laundry detergent, sharp kitchen knives, etc. The fire pit out by the beach in the driftwood "forest" was perfect for a fire while the kids crawled among the driftwood. Great spot, we hope to return.」

「Out of all of the places that I rented this is the one where the pictures just do not do it justice! The place is amazing and so cool!! It’s much bigger than I thought and more breath taking than we can imagine! All amenities are included , wifi was awesome and such a private stay! If I could give a 10 star I would !! We only stayed a couple of days but you could stay much longer and be happy! The experience and pictures make it so worth it!!」

「This home had everything necessary. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Better than some hotels! The towels were super soft, the toiletries provided were of high end brand (Gilchrist and Soames), and the extra blankets were nice to have. The view was beautiful and there was a cute little beach one could walk to. We were able to cook and grill - the kitchen was well-supplied. I think the smaller pan could be replaced, but other than that I don't have any recommendations....
