You will fall in love with this beautiful beach house in the sought-after Indian Town beach. Beautiful views of Harvey Beach, a comfortable outdoor area to relax and spend time with your family, two private beaches with a harbor that has panoramic views of Long Island Sound less than a 2-minute walk away!

Enjoy the small-town feel of a great community where you can walk bike, swim. Spectacular low tides await you!

Restaurants, outlets, and attractions all nearby. Perfect location to explore the Ct Shoreline.

This home is our happy place, and we look forward to sharing it with you!

Important - House is Fema Certified, so the living area is on the upper level. There is not ground-level living space, and there is an exterior staircase.

Christmas Stay
Very nice well equipped VRBO. Beautiful area to walk in and lovely views at sunrise and sunset. Old Saybrook and shoreline area lovely place to stay at Christmas and any time of year. It was a very comfy/ cosy house !

Fall getaway on the coast
My family and I stayed at Debbie's property for a long weekend. Debbie was a great host. Quick to respond and very gracious. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best she could and we appreciate it. The property was comfortable and felt like home. Our 9yo daughter loved the loft. It was a perfect hang out for her. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Debbie.

Fantastic stay!
We were in town for a wedding and this property met all of our needs. Great locations with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The house was clean and well appointed to meet our needs. The host was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

Amazing opportunity
First week was a dream. Second week I had an awful accident which landed me in the hospital. Both my legs needed surgery and I never saw the beautiful house again. My husband cleaned out the house where it remained empty. Debbie, our landlady was nothing short of amazing and incredible. She talked to us on the phone, sent flowers to the hospital, and offered a redo when I’m able to . She’s checked in with me several times.

My family spent the week at this beautiful home . It was a great neighborhood with a beautiful view. My girls loved going to the beach at night during low tide and looking for sea life. We would spend another week here during our next trip!

Very nice house and neighborhood. Nice beach. I could not figure out how to take my dog for a swim. While there was access all around, the beaches were all private property. That was the only negative.

Very comfortable and great location! We did not use the loft room but still had generous space and furnishings. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Debbie was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Highly recommended!

An amazing beach house on the ocean
This was an exceptional property right on the ocean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with access to restaurants, grocery stores in the area. I was visiting with my daughter for half term break and the house was perfect, spacious with great views of the ocean. Equipped with all of the amenities and tastefully decorated, I would definitely stay here again. A five star rating.

Perfect Gateway!
This little beach house was the perfect getaway for our fall trip. The house is bright and cozy, with views of the water and really extra special outside areas to enjoy the fall weather. The furniture and beds are all so comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked- we all felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Scenic, Convenient, Cozy
Cozy and very comfortable light-filled home with views of the sound, walking distance to a well-maintained beach with a playground, quiet and private neighborhood yet convenient to many good restaurants and shopping - a lovely property in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week, and look forward to returning.

The property is very comfortable. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is very clean and safe. It’s a great neighborhood to walk. Old Saybrook has some enjoyable restaurants.

Old Sea Lane Getaway
During our "winter to spring" getaway, the views were wonderful and the weather cooperated for numerous beach walks. Debbie was gracious and responded to our questions quickly. I would recommend staying at the house any time during the year!

Everything you could want in a beach house
This propert is absolutely stunning, and is everything you see in the pictures. My wife and I, plus our toddler, stayed for a week and made memories that will last a lifetime. The house offers beautiful views of the ocean and is just a short, short, walk to the beach. If the beach isn’t where you want to be, then there’s plenty of places to relax at the cottage. My family thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax on the patio area under the deck, which offered plenty of shade during those really hot days. The deck offered stunning views of the ocean and a breeze was felt all day long. When the deck got too hot, there was an awning that came out and covered the whole deck. On those really hot days, it was nice go inside the cottage as there is central AC. The inside of the cottage was decorated just how a beach house should be. The cottage was also very clean and welcoming. The kitchen area offered plenty of counter space and areas to eat. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great for a peaceful getaway
This was a lovely home base for my wife and I with our 18yo child and dog to explore CT beaches for the first time. Owner was attentive and accommodating. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We loved the house’s open design and natural light, its decor, and the comfy furniture & beds. We only used 2 of 3 bedrooms; our child opted for the upstairs loft instead of the downstairs back bedroom (because it could only be accessed be going through the master bedroom). We enjoyed the deck, and the covered patio under the deck was a favorite cool spot for us and the dog when the sun was too strong on the upper deck. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood but unfortunately they are not welcome in any of the public areas (no dogs allowed on beach, no dog parks, no water stations, no waste bags). People we met in the neighborhood were mostly kind and welcoming. The little private beaches in walking distance were nice enough that we never made the drive to bigger nearby Harvey’s Beach or others. Lots of excellent restaurants within 5-10 min drive. Day trips to Mystic were about 45 min drive hitting some bad traffic. Highly recommend this property for a small family looking for a quiet place to unwind.

Perfect location, great home
