「I loved the old decor from years ago, but can also say they've elevated the the beauty of the hotel with renovations. I've been staying at El Convento every year (with the exception of Maria and Covid) for 10-years and will continue to to come back for years to come. Thank you 」

「As I heard, the staff were all kind, but there was a problem with the facility. There was a rain leak from the roof or the air conditioner suddenly stopped working. It looks like a very old building. It's suitable for people who can enjoy it.」

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「ホテル全体がアート感覚の雰囲気のホテル．内装や構造に凝っているが，普通に泊まるには，一番安い部屋を予約したためか，アメニティや設備が他のスタンダードなホテルに劣る． 場所は，海沿いで世界遺産にも近く満足だが，近くにレストランが少なく，夜は道どうりが寂しくなる．」

「I only had one night to enjoy the the Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, the bartender was so friendly. The bathroom amenities were plentiful and the air conditioner was in great condition. Comfortable bed, towels and delicious coffee and water made the stay enjoyable. But, the highlight was taking a bath on the rooftop! There are gorgeous stone bathtubs; bring your favorite natural soap to soak. I had a view of the ocean and the muro at sunset. It is a beautiful hotel with great art!...

「Location was excellent walking distance to all major Old San Juan attractions and restaurants. staff very attentive and helpful. Room comfortable just needed a small table/dresser or shelves to put stuff. Building has an elevator.」

「週末は近所のBarなどで開催されてるパーティーで割と賑やかなので、音がすると眠れないという人は注意！私は平気なタイプだったので、みんな元気だなーと思いながらすやすや眠れました（笑）スタッフの方がとてもご親切で、次回もまたここに泊まりたいです。」
