We booked this stay as part of a family trip. The house was well-stocked--better than most--with enough trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry detergent to last for our whole stay!
The 3-bedroom setup worked great for our group. The living area was cozy (although the couch frame could have used a little padding), and the table was the perfect size for eating together and playing games.
While we did appreciate the close proximity to all the places we wanted to go (Bricktown, OKC Memorial, and a darling cat cafe!), we didn't love that it was on the corner of a very busy street , and across the street from the fire station (which was punctuated by our being there over July 4th, so we heard LOTS of loud sirens). It is also worth noting that there is an abandoned church across the street and we saw lots of foot traffic (many of whom appeared to be homeless) on 2 sides of the house, so we didn't feel very insulated.
The house was mostly clean (curtains and fans were a bit dusty). The fridge/freezer doors didn't seal well, but had an alarm to let us know if we didn't close them fully. One shower was pretty small, so we all used the larger one)
When we arrived (with cold groceries!)our check in code didn't work, But the property manager was quick to send us a new code. I didn't love that we had to communicate through the VRBO message app, as opposed to having a cell number for texting, but they were at least very responsive for the duration of our stay.
