Wonderful location & very welcoming. Nicki & Paul are wonderful hosts. They had wonderful treats & surprises awaiting us when we entered. Beautiful scenery all around the location. Their residence was very clean, welcoming & cozy🌺

Perfect, in every way!
We loved this stay so ++ much. Amazing suite, with so many thoughtful (and generous) host touches. We had absolutely everything we could poss need for our 5-day stay, taking max advantage of the glorious, warm pool and beautiful bbq evenings on the patio. Alos, really appreciated the concience of the EV charger!

Relaxing and Beautiful!
We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Nicki and Paul’s B&B. As other guests mentioned, all the extras such as a bottle of wine, snacks and pastries were an unexpected delight. The pool and property are absolutely quiet and gorgeous. We would definitely stay again!

A Hidden Gem
Mid-way between Penticton and Okanagan Falls is Paul’s and Nicki’s hidden gem. The accommodations are spectacular with a comfortable king size bed, nicely decorated and clean suite, and the bonus was the outdoor pool. Paul and Nicki are excellent hosts and we would definitely recommend their place to others. Thanks Paul and Nicki for your hospitality. We look forward to coming back next year!

Amazing Okanagan Falls Property
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is amazing, very comfortable and well appointed. Includes nice little surprises like a chilled bottle of white wine and a basket of snacks. Although we did not use it the pool looks amazing. Nicki is very friendly and inviting. Everything is so well thought out and the property so well equipped that we did not have to call on Nicki during our stay. Bar none this is the nicest place we have stayed. 11/10! Thank You Nicki!

Stunning view and pool
Location is out of town, but being high in the hills overlooking the lake the you are rewarded with a spectacular view and amazing sunsets! The unit is spacious and bigger then the photos show. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need and more. Very clean. Many thanks Nicki amd Paul

Beautiful Stay
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here! Nicki and Paul really put a lot of thought in creating not just a beautiful spot to stay, but also a lovely experience with snacks, wine, and refreshments. Highly recommend staying here!

We spent 3 wonderful nights in OK falls. The accommodation was first class, beautiful suite and luxurious pool that we enjoyed daily! The hosts are dedicated to creating a wonderful experience.

Awesome Property
The property was even better than the on line pictures. Absolutely spotless and everything brand new. A sign welcoming us, a thank you note including a gift certificate for an ice cream at a local popular ice cream store, a chilled bottle of wine, a basket filled with snacks, a box of fresh pastries for breakfast, condiments, tea and coffee choices, a private sitting area, a beautiful pool with a view, just a few things to make our stay comfortable. The hosts personally welcomed us as we unpacked the car and said to contact them if we needed anything at all and provided suggestions for our visit to the area. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking at staying in the area.

Okanagan Falls suite
We really enjoyed our stay . It’s a very nice property. The suite had everything we needed and was very clean . We really enjoyed the chilled wine and gift basket when we arrived.it’s a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the blackout blinds were really nice to have . The hosts were friendly and accommodating to us . I wish I could have more time in the pool but the weather wasn’t great . It’s a bit of a drive to get to the house but it’s a nice quiet place to stay once you’re there.

Quiet and Relaxing
We had a lovely time here and chose it because we wanted a quiet place, with outdoor patio and pool. It did not disappoint. This place is even nicer than in the photos; extremely clean and well maintained. The host(s) welcomed us in person which was kind and also we were given a nice bottle of wine and array of snacks, beverages and dry baked goods. Yum. We thoroughky enjoyed the patio space and pool as well. Soft towels, nice bed linens all added to this special experience. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place; this is the spot. Not far from Penticton, and also Oliver too. We explored both places from here. We hope to come back next year. Thank you !

A slice of wonderful!
We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one tops them all … BY FAR! The property: Gorgeous private pool. Beautiful grounds and amazing outdoor space. Spacious apartment, really well designed with a luxurious, high quality feeling. New, tasteful and attractive furniture. Very comfortable bed and higher quality linens. Numerous touches such as fresh flowers, snacks, essentials in the fridge and a chilled bottle of wine to greet us. We gave up some of our planned activities simply to stay back and relax at this exquisite property. Our hosts were very accommodating and gave fantastic recommendations on what to experience in the area. We are planning to book for our next vacation. Thank you for a great week!

Paradise With A View
We had a great time! Nicki was a wonderful host. She thought of everything and then some. The suite was even better than the photos in the listing. The outdoor space was so nice and the view was gorgeous. Highly recommend Big Horn B&B if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
