「I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Here are the details: - You have to drive to a different location to pick up the keys - That office has limited hours - There is a cleaning fee in the fine print (225 ZL) - Some furniture is in poor condition - The power went off in the apartment and we had to be home to get it fixed - The parking security gate worked occasionally so we were sometimes locked in or locked out. - The master bedroom door can't open all the way because the bed is in the way - People...
