The beaches, year-round mild climate, and walkable downtown make Oceanside the perfect setting for a beach getaway. After falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean, you’ll wake up feeling more refreshed. Take a stroll to the Oceanside pier at sunset or rent a sailboat and enjoy the harbor. Spend your days on the beach walking, swimming, surfing, or soaking up the sun, or explore some local attractions, like the California Surf Museum. There are several bike rentals in the area and lots of coastal bike trails. You can even ride around the beach area checking out Oceanside's famous murals We are close by to Legoland and not too far from the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld. Disney land is an easy drive. We have two farmers markets on Thursday.

Fireplace is decorative and not functional
All the Oceanside rental homes are for vacations only and not intended for reunions, gatherings, parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, engagements, elopements, bachelor or bachelorette weddings and wedding related events or celebrations.
Never more than 10 people, both adults and children, on property including kids and visitors not spending the night. No weddings, parties or any gatherings/ events. Extra people over what is indicated on your reservation are at a rate of $500 per person per day. This includes kids, infants and visitors not spending the night

Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.
2. This is a NON SMOKING property .
3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.
4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.
5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home. Guest agrees in summertime their reservation can not be made so there is a one night opening and must be willing to adjust their dates if need be
6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.
7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.
8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an "as is," "whereas, and with all faults" condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf ("Representatives") against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.
10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.
11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.
12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.
