「We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several...

「Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living...

「First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie」

「Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and having two ovens was extremely helpful! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend!」

「Nice location. Property was clean but we did have an ant issue. Property listing was not exactly as described and slightly confusing. It was difficult to tell which rooms were on which floors. A floor plan would be helpful especially if you have multiple groups and ages. There were no cushions on the outdoor furniture until I asked and someone had to come over and get them for us. There were ants everywhere when we left food in the kitchen counter on the first night which had to be thrown out....

「This immaculate home was the perfect fit for my husband, me, and our four adult children. We had the master on the ground floor so they could enjoy the bedrooms and living room upstairs. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the linens and towels were high quality. I would be eager to stay again! Easy arrival and good communication made it all very easy. 」

「Rented this beautiful house for our annual fall golf trip. There were 8 of us and we were all totally comfortable in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable (not one complaint from anyone). Plenty of room for 8 grown men to spread out. Less than 30 min away from all the golf courses we played (most of which were in the Berlin area). All communication with the owner was perfect with prompt replies to my multiple questions....

「Large enough for our four family units: 6 adults and 6 children. Location is near fine Delaware beaches. Bear Trap resort has two good pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Kitchen is well-appointed.」
