The charming Tiny House "Sundowner Cabin" is located on the outskirts of Oberammergau in the Bavarian Alps. The 28m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a 2-plate cooker, coffee machine and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The house has a pellet stove for heating.
In the shared garden of the Tiny House you will find a barbecue and a wonderful unobstructed view of the mountainous landscape. In front of the house there is a private open terrace with chairs and a table.
Within 10 minutes on foot (800 m), you can reach cafés and restaurants in the town centre. Supermarkets are 1.5 km or 18 minutes on foot away. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes & downhill parks. In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts directly in front of the house. There is a family skiing area 2 km from the property, but you will also find the northern slope "Laber" with the steepest ski slope in Germany closeby. The valley station Laber is 5 minutes away, the summit is a popular starting point for paragliders and hang-gliders. The landing area is also only a 5-minute walk away. A swimming pool is a 5-minute walk from the Tiny House. There is a riding school nearby. Due to the local bird population, the area is also interesting for birdwatchers. The cabel car to the "Zugspitze" is 30 km or a 40-minute drive away.

Up to 4 mountain bikes can be rented from the landlords for a fee. Solar energy-powered.
Wi-Fi is not available so can guests can fully enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The visitor's tax includes free public transport in the region. Later check-in is also possible on request.
