Check-in:
When we came to the front desk to check in, receptionist got a call in the middle of our check-in and started assisting person on the phone while we were standing in front of her, waiting to be done and get back to us.
Room:
The first room we were put in had broken A/C; after trying to fix it, the staff moved us to another bungalow. The door wouldn't close. After we called and asked front desk to help us close the door, we were told that she would be right there. It took 15 minutes for the person to show up apparently after cigarette break.
Dining:
There was one person serving a whole dining room in both roles, waiter and bartender. We had to fetch food menus ourselves after waiting at the table, and bill took couple of reminders. Breakfast buffet was another story. Even though they serve breakfast until 9am, when I came at 8:40, a lot of things would have been already empty and staff didn't bother to replenish the items (such as juices, or drinking water). When we would ask for something, it seemed to be a bother for the serving person.
One positive experience was interaction with the manager, who would fix everything after messiness of his staff.
Overall, the location and view are astonishing; just don't expect service. period.
