「We stayed here as a base camp to explore the ice caves and hiked to Houghton Falls. The cabin was very clean; the kitchen had more than we needed. We very much enjoyed the fireplace during this cold winter week. The setting is beautiful. We will return again this summer to explore the Apostle Islands.Thank you, Chris and Jenny」

「Nicely refreshed property very close to the south shore of Lake Superior. Looking for a quick getaway from the metro area. Property included lots of amenities - very well stocked.」

「This was our second time staying here and we will be back! Such an accommodating cabin. The views of the lake are beautiful, so serene and quiet.It’s immaculately, clean and stashed with anything we could possibly need. There are drawers with board games.The sunroom is a perfect spot to play games and read as a family. The basement ping pong table and dart board are an added bonus. Greta is a wonderful host and we can’t wait to be back!」

「We (family of 5) stayed a week in what will undoubtedly be the warmest week of the year. The cabin is great and you could sense that it has been a beloved destination for the family that has owned it for many decades. It is very comfortable and I'd love to visit in the fall. The kitchen is well-appointed such that you don't need to bring anything typically found in one. Gas grill worked fine and there were 2 tanks, so no worries. Beds were comfortable. 「Pretty scenery but difficult to navigate. 」

「I have stayed at Telemark before. I did not realize that some units have full kitchens with oven, and other units have kitchenettes (no oven). Staff is very responsive and helpful A+. Unit decor is dated but place is very clean. You can use pool at another hotel nearby. 」
