"Front desk staff was very friendly. There were not enough blankets in the rooms. We had to turn the heat way up to stay warm. Overall, property seemed run down."

"The pool area is very humid due to the hot tub. It smells like chlorine down the hall. Neither of these have stopped us from returning or from using the pool, just a note. Beds are comfortable. We stay here every time we visit Bellingham. Don't miss the turn (right after Fred Meyers) because then it's tricky getting back to the parking lot (lots of U-turns). Starbucks across the parking lot, if you're picky about your coffee. Breakfast is edible. Staff is super friendly and nice."

"We appreciated the upgrade to the Presidential Suite! But it really did need some upgrades. The sagging wallpaper and the paper thin towels. And the water temp in the shower fluctuated so much it was a real challenge. But the bed was very comfortable and the staff was great."

"Only down side i would say about this property is the breakfast is to basic. I wish they would get a waffle or pancake maker other than that everything was awesome!"
