「Good」

「ホテルは綺麗だし、設備も良いが、シャワーの勢いがとても弱い。そこだけが残念。 また到着すると満室だからといって近くの系列へ行くように言われ一泊だけはそちらで。 そこはまだ許せるが、チェックアウトの際にhotelsで予約した時と全然違う高い料金で精算されそうになった。 気づいたからよかったものの、こういったところは残念だった。」

「The staff were friendly and advised me of the best time to leave for my 5am flight. The room temp was perfect- I never had to touch the thermostat! The bed was the most comfortable bed! I was in Floor 6, but the shower reached temp in seconds! I had dinner in my room having ordered from the restaurant downstairs. Great burger and fries! I will definitely stay here again.」

「2度目だが寒い季節は初。 前はそれほど気にならなかったが、とにかくシャワーのお湯の出が悪い。 湯温も低く、水量が少なすぎて、寒くて耐えられない。 自分が滞在した部屋だけかもしれないが、そこしか印象に残らなかった。 あとは普通の部屋の広いホテル」

「Booked for the free breakfast, they had no breakfast. Got put in the wrong room and had to wait to be put in the right room. 」

「This is a beautiful property, right on the lake. Both sunrise and sunset were gorgeous! It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were responsive both before and during the stay. The level 2 EV charger was a nice bonus. 」

「Our trip to Rochester was sad - my mom passed away and we were there for the funeral and burial. It snowed and was very windy upon our arrival. The lockbox worked and we gained access to the house. My brother stayed with us and we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the large sunroom and family room after the burial. It was very quiet. Cheryl responded to all my questions and was helpful.」
