「We were thankful that we were able to stay at a home that was close to an event my daughter needed to be at. We only had drive about 6 min. I was neverous about parking but it all worked out. If i had any questions or concerns they where great with getting them answered or quick to help in any way. I would recommend this place for a good place to go to events like the strong museum. Most popular grocery's stores where about 15 min. Which i thought was not bad to get to walmart or target. If want...

「Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.」

「The apartment was perfect for 2 nights in Rochester. The owner was very responsive when we had a few minor issues. Neighborhood was quiet and safe—easy access to surrounding areas.」

「The apartment looked exactly like it did online & was very clean. Ryan had towels, kitchen equipment & extras like detergent, coffee, powdered creamer, sugar & spices. The parking pass was fantastic to have, especially since the last night we were there it snowed pretty hard. The location was great for our needs. 「Apartment was a great location right next to my venue. Jose was very responsive. Apartment was clean and cozy. Building and parking felt secure.」

「Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. 「The apartment is perfect. Fairport is a great canal village. The apartment is within walking distance of all Village restaurants, shops and attractions. We stay here whenever possible during visits to Rochester. Highly recommend.」

「Our trip to Rochester was sad - my mom passed away and we were there for the funeral and burial. It snowed and was very windy upon our arrival. The lockbox worked and we gained access to the house. My brother stayed with us and we were comfortable. Our family enjoyed the large sunroom and family room after the burial. It was very quiet. Cheryl responded to all my questions and was helpful.」
