「We loved our stay at the cabin! The Hucks hospitality made our stay exceptionally enjoyable! They gave excellent restaurant recommendations and we visited the lake bog they also recommend. We also enjoyed walking through the trails on the property. We were disappointed that oddly we seen no wildlife on the property not even a squirrel or rabbit. We loved our stay and appreciate how the Hucks made our stay so very much enjoyable. 」

「My Family had a small reunion at Portage Lake. The cabin ended up being the perfect meeting spot. We had dinner there every night. 「My two son's and their families stayed with us for two of our nights. Though our party was larger than normal, Joy was very accommodating! The neighbors were very nice to my grandkids as well. It was by far the cleanest place I've rented. I would definitely recommend this property! 」

「My wife and I booked this cabin to watch the April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse. This was one of the best vacation decisions of our life, we thought we may have to hike a bit, but we were so pleased we could see it right from the deck of the cabin.
